In a tradition dating back many years, a bunch of crazy Jaycees will again grab a golf club and a tennis ball and head out to Menominee Park for a day on the lake! A (hopefully) frozen Miller’s Bay will be the setting for another round of Ice Golf on Sunday, February 20, 2011. We’ll start the morning with a warm-up at St. Thomas Bar at 8:00 AM (693 N. Main St.). We’ll head to the park by 10:00 AM, play nine “holes”, and then go to Terry’s Lounge (688 N. Main St.) for some lunch. Bring a golf club and a tennis ball marked as yours, and prepare to have a great time! Beverages won’t be provided at the game, but you are welcome bring your own – warm or cold.
